Enregistré pendant un « week-end perdu » à Paris qui a duré trois ans, en utilisant ma collection habituelle d’instruments cassés, j’ai fait de mon mieux pour arracher les croûtes de mes rêves indescriptibles pour que tout le monde en profite – que ce soit par curiosité morbide, ou taper du pied en rythme, je m’en fiche ».

« Gun Gala is an album of love, hate and pain. I have got a bruised and dirty heart, and in this album I try my best to show why. Recorded during a « lost weekend » in Paris which lasted for three years, using my usual collection of broken instruments, I have tried my best to pull the scabs from my unspeakable dreams for everyone to see and enjoy – be it out of morbid curiosity, or just to tap a foot along, I don’t mind. »
